We love golf and always try to get away for at least a week in the winter to play some golf in the sun. Our favorite destination is Maui!

Hawaii is fairly easy to get to from the continental United States with many flights departing from cities across the country.
In addition, you get to visit one of the most tropical places possible but you get to do so while experiencing the conveniences you will be used to if you live in the United States.
Hawaii is an absolutely gorgeous place whether you are visiting the big city of Honolulu or whether you are going to the quieter and incredibly scenic Maui.
With all the amenities to make your trip comfortable you will have a fabulous time enjoying the beaches in Hawaii and all the wonderful scenery that the islands have to offer you.

Kitzbuhel, Austria, is famous for its skiing. But it’s also well known for its romantic chalets, which are perfect for honeymooning couples. Kitzbuhel also boasts trendy night spots, perfect for the couple looking for a bit of adventure after hitting the slopes.
Of course, no list of winter honeymoon destinations is complete without mention of Lillehammer, Norway. Many consider Lillehammer to be the birthplace of skiing. Lillehammer offers more than 200 miles of cross-country trails and skiing slopes. All of them are lit by torches, creating a romantic sight after the sun goes down.
If you need a break from skiing, you can visit the Ski Museum in the city of Oslo in Norway, not far from Lillehammer. The museum is famous for housing the world’s oldest pair of skis.
A winter honeymoon trip may not be the obvious choice for most newly married couples. But for those who are fans of skiing and other winter sports, a trip to a resort nestled at the base of a majestic snow-capped mountain may be the best choice for a romantic honeymoon.
